These terms govern the use of the Sunveo application and website (the "Service"), published by Sunveo ("we"). By creating an account, you accept these terms as well as our privacy policy.
Sunveo is a travel recommendation and planning service. We do not sell flights, accommodation or activities: we present offers to you and redirect you to partners (Booking.com, GetYourGuide, airlines, etc.) with whom you make and pay for your bookings. The travel contract is concluded directly between you and the relevant partner, under their own terms.
Prices, availability and information (weather, journey time, scores) are provided for guidance only, aggregated from third-party sources and cached. They may have changed by the time of booking. Only the price shown by the partner at the time of payment is binding. We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of the offers.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. Notify us of any unauthorised use. We may suspend an account in the event of fraud or breach of these terms.
You agree not to: circumvent or overload the Service, scrape data in bulk, impersonate others, or use the Service for unlawful purposes. The AI assistant is provided for information only: its suggestions do not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial).
The Service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for partners' services (cancellations, delays, quality), nor for decisions made on the basis of the information provided. Our liability, where it arises, is limited to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The Sunveo brand, the application, the scores and the arrangement of content belong to us. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive right to use the Service. Partner content remains their property.
The processing of your data is described in our privacy policy. Reminder: your traveller profile is stored on your device, not on our servers.
We may update these terms. In the event of a material change, we will ask you to accept the new version at your next login. The version in force is identified by its date (above).
These terms are governed by French law (to be confirmed depending on the chosen legal structure). In the event of a dispute, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge. Your rights as a consumer remain fully applicable.
